To show appreciation for referring someone to L&S Accounting Firm Umbrella (UK) LTD, we will pay you up to £200 for each successful sign up subjective to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The Refer a Friend Scheme is only applicable to the referral of said party to L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD.
2. The Refer a Friend Scheme is open and available to all clients of ours who are currently using the Accounting Services of L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD who refer a client requiring our Accounting, Payroll or Mortgage Services.
3. The Refer a Friend Scheme is not open to employees of L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD.
4. The Refer a Friend Scheme does not apply to individuals who are already known to or who are registered with L&S Accounting Firm Umbrella (UK) LTD on the date of the referral. 
5. As mentioned in point 4, to be eligible to Refer a Friend you will need to be the client of L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD for at least 1 year prior to the referral being made.
6. The referral will not qualify if the referred candidate is already on our database, and we have been in contact with that person in the last 12 months.
7. There are no limits on the number of referrals an individual can make.
8. If you Refer a Friend, you must make that known to us before they contact us to sign up with L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD.
9. If you contact us after the candidate, you referred has signed up, you may not be entitled to any benefits. 

 

Payments will only be made if the referred candidate uses any of the Accounting Services offered by L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD, and after a completion of the following conditions:

• The referred candidate must confirm what service they require after initial consultation
• The referred candidate must work with L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD for 12 weeks unless the service they require is less time-consuming, then this condition will be adjusted accordingly ensuring fair and equitable treatment.

 

The amount of payment is dependant on the following conditions:

• The turnover of the referred individual
• The service the referred candidate requires
• The length of the service the referred candidate requires

 

The amount will be specified, and the referring client will be made aware of the reward amount after L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD has the initial welcoming telephone appointment with the referred candidate.

L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw the Refer a Friend Scheme at any time and without notice. L&S Accounting Firm (UK) LTD. shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the Refer a Friend Scheme.

The referee upon successful registration and completion of the conditions will receive a pay-out appropriate to the referred.
